Making a purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro cards and Paypal Payment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All postage and packaging costs are added to your order at time of checkout.
All items are sent by Royal Mail first class in the UK & by Royal Mail Airmail to IRELAND.
We now charge a flat rate of £3.99 (£3.32 + VAT) shipping per order in the UK.
Rates to IRELAND are as follows:-
Orders up to £15 in total = + £8.00 postage
Orders up to £30 in total = + £12.00 postage
Orders up to £60 in total = + £15.00 postage
Orders up to £200 in total = + £20.00 postage
Orders are dispatched every week day by First Class Royal mail post in the UK or by Royal Mail Airmail to Ireland - direct to your door from our warehouse. Orders received by 8:00am are dispatched the same day. Orders made after 8am will be disptatched the next working day. We also do not ship orders on Bank holidays as both our office and warehouse are closed, so therefore there can be delays on deliveries over bank holidays.
Should your order take longer than the 2-3 days stated for delivery than we would ask you to wait a total of 8 working days from date of despatch (which can be found out by emailing customer service) before we either refund you for your whole order, or resend this out to you. As it is likely your order is still in the Royal Mail Postal System on its way to you.
Delivery Schedule Orders will be despatched Monday to Friday by First Class Royal Mail. Orders received after 8am on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday.
Back orders MAM Personalised soothers.
These soothers are made to order and can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.
Orders that include both personalised soothers and standard products will be split into two deliveries. Standard products will be desptached first followed by the personalised soothers.
Tax charges For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added.
Credit card security MAM UK Ltd do not collect any credit card data. At checkout you are forwarded to an external secure banking site. Payments are collected by SellerDeck Payments, who are part of Credit Call.
