| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Maestro cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

All postage and packaging costs are added to your order at time of checkout. All items are sent by Royal Mail first class in the UK. We now charge a flat rate of £4.25 shipping per order - (£3.40 exc VAT) for postage, packing and delivery. Should your order take longer than the 2-3 days stated for delivery than we would ask you to wait a total of 8 working days from date of despatch (which can be found out by emailing customer service) before we either refund you for your whole order, or resend this out to you. As it is likely your order is still in the Royal Mail Postal System on its way to you. |
